Do you accept same-day or last-minute appointments?

Current and potential clients will be notified via text or Instagram post about last-minute openings.

Squeeze-ins are $150+ the price of the scheduled service.

What are the days and hours of operation?

Every other Wednesday
Thursday-Saturday
5 am to 1 pm

Do you install extensions?

No.

How are deposits applied?

Deposits are applied toward the total balance of services received during your scheduled appointment.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel 48 hours in advance.

Do you offer standing appointments?

There are currently no standing appointments available. Candayce O Hair Artistry may offer pre-booking to new clients after their first appointment.

Are children allowed in the salon?

No children are permitted in the salon at this time to ensure their safety and to maintain a relaxing experience for all Candayce O Hair Artistry clients.

What if the stylist is running behind schedule?

To reduce your waiting time, you will be notified via call or text 30 minutes – 1 hour before your scheduled appointment if your stylist is running late.

What if I am late?

Punctuality is requested to ensure the best client experience. Please arrive 5-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Clients are given a fifteen (15) minute grace period for each appointment. Late arrivals will be canceled after 15 minutes and asked to reschedule. A $30 late fee may apply to all tardy clients.

Do you offer refunds?

Candayce O Hair Artistry does not offer refunds. Let me know within 7 days of your visit if you are unhappy with your hairstyle, we will do everything within our skillset to correct it.

How long will my services take to complete?

Service times vary from approximately two to three hours.

 

COVID FAQs

Are face masks required?

Face masks must be worn for the entire duration of your appointment.

When can I come back after I have tested positive for COVID?

You can return to the salon when you have been quarantined for 14 days and are symptom-free. Please email your negative COVID-19 test by filling out the form below. The test must be completed no more than two days before your scheduled appointment.

Do I need to wash or sanitize my hands upon entry into the salon?

Yes, you are required to wash and sanitize your hands upon entry into the salon.
