Policies and Procedures

Dear Valued Clients,

I am thankful to serve as a stylist in the beauty and hair care industry for over a decade. As you are keenly aware, Candayce O Hair Artistry has built its reputation on never compromising the quality of services rendered or products utilized. To continue the tradition of excellence cultivated at Candayce O Hair Artistry please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Please try to arrive 5 to 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.

   (a). Appointments are scheduled hourly for better time management.

2. Cancellations and tardiness inflate the salon’s operating costs significantly; as a result, additional fees will apply.

   (a). If clients are more than 15 minutes late, Candayce O Hair Artistry has the right to refuse service or charge a late fee of $30 in addition to the subtotal for requested services.

3. We require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. If the client fails to cancel within 48 hours, an $80 fee will apply to the next appointment.
   

Salon Policies

• Please text/call upon arrival so that we may properly sanitize all tools and equipment between each client. 

• Clients are required to wear masks during their entire appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Children and other additional guests are not allowed at your appointment.

• Please refrain from bringing backpacks, large purses, or any additional items that would clutter the salon. Laptops are okay to bring for WORKING ONLY.

• If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, Please reschedule your appointment.

• Temperature checks may be conducted upon arrival at Candayce O Hair Artistry. Services may be refused if an illness is suspected.

Booking Appointments

A valid credit card must be on file to book an appointment. All appointments require a deposit of $80 that will be applied toward the final cost of all requested services. If a deposit is not received at the time of booking, the appointment will be canceled. Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel 48 hours in advance. Please add a current phone number and email address when your appointment is scheduled.

Appointment books open on the 1st of every month. Candayce O Hair Artistry only books two months in advance. Pre-booking fees will apply to apply appointments placed two or more months in advance. Wednesday appointments are available every two weeks. The booking site lists availability in real-time. If a last-minute slot becomes available, a text will be sent via “Community Text” or a post will be uploaded to Instagram.

In the instance where there is a last minute cancellation, you will receive an email notifying you of the last minute availability.

Acceptable forms of payment

CASH, APPLE PAY, STYLE SEAT

Candayce O Hair Artistry reserves the right to remove or modify available services to maintain appropriate scheduling.
